It may have seemed like Rage Against the Machine’s innovative axeman took some time off from the front lines during his Audioslave tenure. In truth, he not only formed "social justice" network Axis of Justice with System of a Down leader Serj Tankian, but played coffee shops as the Nightwatchman, dealing incognito acoustic protest rock in a Waits-y croon. This sophomore effort will exhibit the "riff-rock" roots that thrilled millions in Rage.
